Fuel Kitchens was born from a simple observation: talented food entrepreneurs were being held back by the high costs and complexity of commercial kitchen access. Our founders, Maria Chen and David Rodriguez, both former restaurant owners, saw an opportunity to change this. They envisioned a space where culinary dreams could become reality without the burden of massive upfront investments. What started as a single 5,000 sq ft facility has grown into a thriving network supporting hundreds of food businesses.
